Important information

 1. You will receive a confirmation email. It contains important information, make sure you receive it. If not, contact us!

2. We will assemble your order. This may take 1-3 business days.

3. We will mail your order with Canada Post. You will receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to find out when your package will be delivered. Usually the package will arrive at its destination in 1-5 business days.

4. You receive your order! :)

Canada Post may experience delays. Open the email with the tracking number of your order and see if the date is not updated. Give Canada Post a few days' notice.

If you think your order is lost, you can call Canada Post for more information. All you need is your tracking number.

If your package is indeed lost, contact us! We will take care of everything

We often use reused kraft paper to protect the products in your package.

We also reuse stuffing peanuts, which come from one of our suppliers. They are made from corn. To get rid of them, you have to dissolve them in water. They are non-toxic!

Recurring orders

It is now possible to receive our boxes on a regular basis without effort. Products are automatically delivered to your home according to your preference. You can change, skip a delivery or cancel your subscription at any time (and free of charge)! In short, you are in control.

It's simple! Just visit the subscriptions section and choose the box that suits you. You can then choose the delivery frequency and complete the transaction. Your card will be charged for a single package to start and at each delivery thereafter.

Yes, you can simply visit the gift sets section and discover our two subscription boxes to offer.

The chosen box will be sent every 2 months for 6 months (total of 3 packages).

Your card will be debited for the first set and at each delivery thereafter. You can cancel the subscription at any time.

IMPORTANT - If you change your customer account information only, the change will not be made automatically for your subscription. It is absolutely necessary to modify the information related to your SUBSCRIPTION in order for the changes to take effect.

To change the delivery address, you have to click on "subscriptions", then "modify", then you have to change the delivery information at the bottom of the form.

Then click on "delivery schedule". Future deliveries will be displayed. You can then click on "skip/skip" to cancel one or more deliveries.

Shipping Policy

We ship orders between 1 and 3 business days with Canada Post, in expedited parcel. Thereafter, the package may take 1-5 business days to arrive at your home!

We will send you an email with a tracking number when your package is mailed.

Shipping is free anywhere in Canada for orders over $39.99. Otherwise, it costs $7.99.

Product preservation

In a place protected from air and humidity. It is not advisable to store your products in the bathroom. Toothpaste can be stored in the bathroom once opened.

Soaps and shampoos/conditioner bars can be left in the shower, provided they are in a soap dish that allows the product to dry. They will last much longer.

Toothpaste: 4-5 months after opening.

Lip balms: about 6 months old.

Soap. One year.

Good storage conditions (in a cool and dry place) guarantee better durability of the products.

Given that our toothpaste contains water, it is important to use a preservative. Our preservative is of natural origin, antifungal and antibacterial.

Custom or corporate orders

Of course! We can do almost anything: corporate, marriage or anything else. Just give us a shout!

Cautionary note

Some of our products are not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women because of the essential oils (EO) they contain, even if the quantity used is very small. We prefer to exercise extreme caution in this case and recommend products without essential oils. The same applies to young children.

Mint and rosemary toothpaste is not recommended for pregnant women and young children.

Returns and Exchanges

Since these are skin care products, no refunds or exchanges after the packages have been sent are possible. If you made a mistake in your order, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary changes.
