Return policy

As these are skin care products, no refund or exchange after the shipment of the packages is possible. If you have made an error in your order, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary changes.

If you are not satisfied with a product, don't hesitate to contact us. It will be our pleasure to help you.

If a product is faulty, you can send us a picture within 10 days of receiving your order. A replacement is then possible.

 

Accepted payments
We accept payments by credit card or PayPal. Our payment service provider handles all card transactions in a secure, encrypted environment.

 

Allergies
If you have allergies/intolerances, be sure to look at the ingredients before buying a product. See the cautionary note.

 

Delivery

Delivery anywhere in the world. Your package will be shipped within 1-3 business days after your purchase. You should receive it within 5-10 business days after your purchase. For orders shipped to the U.S. or elsewhere in the world, please allow 7-15 business days for delivery.

Atoca is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. In case of serious problem, please contact Canada Post directly. The customer is responsible to keep the information relative to the delivery of his order.

Packaging - delivery

We reuse boxes and packaging material to send you your orders. Don't be surprised if the boxes look like they have been used or have several labels on them.
